Do not get what I paid for
I bid on a sports card and won the bid got charged for it but never received the item. I went to my history and seen I got charged for it and it was never sent out by the seller. It’s been welll over 90 days what do I do just chalk it up as a loss or is there a way to at least get my money back for the item I never got?
