Order305183199130 all terms of getting it are gone but there is no refund you said it can take s few weeks crap and billing circle means

If it was by credit card, it could be a complete billing cycle before the refund shows up.
If your billing cycle in on the 20th of each month, the refund might not show up until the 21st.
