do not buy ebay gift cards for others

I have 2 ebay accounts.

I bought ebay gift cards with Capital One Shopping rewards. I have given all the proof ebay should need to confirm this with Capital One Shopping. Ebay refuses to contact Capital One Shopping.

I added 2 ebay gift cards to an order. When I tried to add a third, not able to do so. Later in the day when I tried to add the third gift card the first 2 disappeared from the transaction. The gift cards then say no value. Does ebay care? No My advice is to never buy ebay gift cards for others. My advice is to never use a credit card to buy gift cards from ebay.

We are trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible. We are unable to link or unfreeze the gift cards previously provided as they are are currently linked to a different account. We are unable to accept documentation on behalf of another account. As a security feature, we are only able to link cards to the accounts submitting documentation. Per our term and conditions, they are non-transferable as the gift cards have already been linked.

I TRIED BUYING A SAMSUNG CELL PHONE ON ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS.

I WAS ABLE TO GET 2 ADDED TO THE WEBSITE.

WHEN I TRIED ADDING THE THIRD, I WAS NOT ABLE TO DO SO.

WHEN I TRIED TO ADD THE THIRD LATER IN THE DAY, THE 2 GIFT CARDS THAT HAD BEEN CONNECTED TO THE SALE WITH A COMBINED VALUE OF $400 DISAPPEARED.

I THEN TRIED EACH OF THE GIFT CARDS AND THEY SAID NO VALUE.

EBAY HAS TECHNICAL PROBLEMS IT SHOULD BE WILLING TO FIX.

EBAY CAUSED THE SITUATION BY TAKING MONEY PERMANENTLY OFF THE GIFT CARDS WHEN A TRANSACTION HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. THAT IS THEFT AND FRAUD.

TIME WILL TELL IF LAW ENFORCEMENT GETS INVOLVED.

I EXPECT FEWER PEOPLE WILL WANT TO BUY GIFT CARDS FROM EBAY WITH CREDIT CARDS WHEN IT REALIZES THAT EBAY REFUSES TO FIX ITS TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES AND

CHOOSES TO STEAL FROM PEOPLE.

YOU COULD EASILY OBTAIN ALL THE INFO YOU NEED FROM CAPITAL ONE SHOPPING BUT REFUSE BECAUSE YOU ARE A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION.

VERIFY FOLLOWING WITH CAPITAL ONE SHOPPING IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is better THAN PICTURES.

After this, I provided info from Capital One Shopping showing I purchased the gift cards with the rewards. I showed the gift cards they linked to with redemption codes.
