Do not buy allstate protection
I bought a phone off of ebay and my decision to buy this refurbished phone was based off of the allstate 1 year insurance that came with it, when the phone arrived it was fully functional though the back glass on the phone was cracked (not a surprise as it was refurbished) 6 months later the screen on the phone stopped working with no damage to it. it seriously just didn't work one day, I contacted the seller and they said not their problem, then I filed a claim with allstate, within the first 6 questions I was asked if the case was cracked I said yes, and the allstate rep said this is prior damage, your policy is canceled have a nice day.
