Do not believe Ebay when they tell you they will guarantee refund on deliveries lost by USPS
Ordered a Broil King part in September 2025. USPS claims item was delivered but I never received it. I thought Ebay guaranteed refund but aparently they dont.

Mentor10 months agoYou have the wrong information -- Ebay does NOT guarantee a refund for packages lost in the mail.
Lost package claim needs to be filed with the shipping company....USPS, UPS, etc.
