Do I still need to return my order?
Hello, I'm sorry if my question sounds silly, I've never really processed much through Ebay before. I ordered something a few days ago, but then went to request a return due to something that popped up. Shortly after that, however, I realized I was fine with it being sent over regardless, so I cancelled the return order and it is classified as "Return Closed".
I did get an email before closing that return that said "The seller let us know they sent a return label for your item.", which means that it is being sent over, so does that mean I would still need to return the item with that label or do I ignore the label if it's considered void due to closing the return? Would I also need to worry about getting a refund incorrectly when I don't need it anymore since I closed the return? I'm sorry again for the silly questions, I'm just not sure.

Mentor7 months agoYou wouldn't have access to the label anymore since the return is closed. Since you decided to keep it you wouldn't need to return the item.

Mentor7 months agoIf you closed the return, the seller will not be refunding you. You can toss the label away since you will not be returning the item.
