Do I request a refund for a bug in doll packaging?

Iâ€™m a Monster High collector and grew up with g1. I was very excited to get this new doll of my favorite character Abbey.

But after opening her I see a bug in her doll box.

I never had this happen before and Iâ€™m not sure how to proceed.

Do I request a refund?

If you don't want the doll because of the bug, you can return it for a refund. Here's what to do...

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
