Do I receive a 2023 1099-K in the mail-2/5/24
I have just an iPhone app. No computer- I can delete the app and go to the computer site.

Unless you opted into electronic only delivery, you will receive your 1099k in the mail, if one is issued.
I do not see a lower threshold for FL, so you will not get a 1099k unless your sold $20,000 and 200 items in 2023.
You do not have to delete the app to use the website from your phone. I have done it many times when I am away from home and need to make a change that I can’t make from the app. You can go to eBay.com with your browser, then go to your payment account and click on taxes.

and less than $2000 in 2023.
As an Avid EBay Buyer ( I have Jeff Benzo and Elon Musk Razing over 100 Acres 4 miles from My Home in Central Florida)
I try not to by From Amazon and I refuse to buy a Tesla and I don’t have a Twitter/X account. Z for Putin and X for Musk. LOL
I purchased Three 1800’s Gold Coins on EBay over $700 - Which ALL had to be sold as a LOSS-as My Baby 13 Year Old Toy Parti Poodle has racked up some major Vet Bills. I was expecting to receive some Federal Tax Punishment on One Gold Coin since My Coin Dealer refused to issue Me another receipt 10 months after the sale.
( I threw it out not thinking ).
I am NOW officially a retired Gold Coin Collector. My Coin Dealer is like a Used Car Salesman. Hopefully since they were Graded the losses were tracked.

I hope your pup is on the mend. That’s the important thing.
If you sold personal items (not as a business) at a loss, you don’t have to deal with them on your tax return unless you receive a 1099k. So it sounds like you don’t have to do anything this year. Next year the threshold drops to $5,000, after that it is not clear.
If you do need the info in the future, you can get a report of all of your eBay purchases back to when you opened your account. Just go to account settings >> request your eBay data.
