Do I really have to wait 21 days for a shipping label error?
I am new to ebay. I sold an item. I bought a shipping label. I did not get the QR code for the label so I bought it again and then I get 2 shipping labels and was charged for 2 labels for the same one item. I put in a request to cancel a shipping label. Then I see I have to wait 21 days just to get my refund/credit? This is ridiculous. Any tips and advise from anyone?

If you Cancelled the label the policy states you will receive a credit in 21 days or less, I have seen them come through in about 14 days. It is possible that USPS or whoever the carrier is needs to make sure the tracking number on the cancelled label is not used.
There is not much you can do about the process other than just wait It is not ideal but then I suspect you will not have to deal with this very often. I have a couple a year so it is not a big issue for my account.

OP3 weeks agoThank you Mr. Lincoln. :) also I had a direct contact number for Ebay. 866-540-3229. I called it twice got through both times and spoke to a real customer service person that did help me allot but now I think they directly blocked my number from getting through.
