Do I need to provide a tracking number when I sell?
I’ve made a few sales on here and realized I haven’t provided tracking numbers on any of them? Do you need to provide these to get paid?

It won’t stop you from getting paid, but it will probably delay payment - without tracking your payment will probably be held 21 - 30 days. Without tracking, you have no proof of delivery if your buyer says not received, and eBay may start to question if you are shipping. They can come back and ask you to provide proof of delivery for past sales.
Since you are selling items that can not be shipped without tracking, you should enter the tracking # in your sold orders.
If you are buying postage at the po, your receipt has the tracking #. This is costing you more than buying postage through eBay or another online provider, so if possible you should buy your shipping labels here - then the tracking is loaded automatically.
If you have any of your receipts, which you should be keeping for your tax records, enter the tracking #s now.
