DO I need to issue a return label?
My return is showing closed. There is no option to send a return label. AI is telling me I clicked an option to refund and not accept a return. Ebay is telling the buyer she need to return the hoodie. I am unsure of what I need to be doing. Can someone help!? I've never had a return.

Mentor1 week agoIf you click the option to refund without a return the case is closed and buyer does not have to returned the item. If you did this by mistake you can ask if buyer will still return it if you send them a prepaid return label, but buyer is not obligated to do so.
