Do I just keep it? - I received items not ordered in another’s person name - No Humans to help

I have a complicated situation where items I ordered were delivered elsewhere yet the delivery email came to me. In addition, I received items with other peoples names on them … delivered to me in error. I can’t get a human to talk to me … so do I cancel my credit card info on the items I didn’t get and keep the stuff shipped under the other name. I have tried every angle to talk to someone to straighten this out with me … all to no avail … no one seems to care. This stuff has got to mess up the...

@2014-elmer I recommend filing a not as described return request. The seller pays return shipping and has to refund you 100% of your original sale amount. Unless you are happy and want to keep the items as you are under no obligation to return them.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
