Do I have to wait 30 days to get my money back even though the buyer said the item is no longer avai
Do I have to wait 30 days to get my money back from the seller after the selling those files me and tells me that item is no longer available that I paid for it's like they borrow your money and then you have to wait to get it back I did not cancel the order

Mentor1 year ago@likenewrecyclehot4toys You can request to cancel the order from your purchase history if the seller hasn't marked the item as shipped.
If the seller doesn't agree to cancel then you have to wait until 1 day past the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date .
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
