Do I have to issue a refund if I have stated "no refunds" to a buyer who is being dishonest?
Vintage doll buyer saying hair color not as described. Saying bald spot, but I showed close up pics of them. She stated she tried styling her so I am thinking she pulled more hair out now. Three days after delivery. Do I have to refund anyway because of the money back guarantee?

Mentor7 months agoOne of the biggest seller misconceptions is that no returns = no refunds. That is not the case. It just means you don't want the item back. You would still have to refund in an item not as described case.

If the buyer files a "not as described" return, that overrides your personal "no return" policy. Provide a prepaid return label and refund upon return.
There is no such thing as "no refunds" on eBay. Returns may be optional, but refunds are not.
