Do I have any other options to solve the problem with a blocked account?
Hello!
Maybe someone has some options what else I can do. I will be very grateful if someone can suggest something.
About 10 days ago I received a letter that my account was temporarily blocked due to possible use by third parties. In reality, this did not happen, I logged into my account from another IP address from another device.
For 10 days I can not solve my problem. I have been chatting with support on Facebook for 10 days every day.
They say that the only option is to call.
I can not talk due to health reasons.
They offered to use IP-Relay service but it turned out that it is not available for Europe, only the USA.
It is impossible to get through to the hotline. My translator tried to get through every day - each time the robot asked to wait and did not connect with a real person, after 5 minutes of waiting the call simply ended, it was necessary to call again, and everything was repeated in a circle for hours, I paid a ton of money for these days to my translator for his wasted time without result.
Then they wrote to me on Facebook that I can order a call to an American number and in this case a real person will call.
I ordered a call to my friend's number in the USA but when they called they refused to talk to my friend because she is not the owner of the account.
Then they wrote to me on Facebook that I can send a written request to the Hong Kong website. I sent it but they answered me that they cannot help because the account is registered on the main site and I should contact US support.
Then I ordered a call to my friend's number and asked my friend to ask eBay to call the number linked to my account (international). They said they can't do it. Then they agreed and said they would call but they never called.
I wrote to Facebook support again but they stopped answering me.
I have had my account for more than 10 years and it is a pity to lose it.
What else can I do in this situation? Nothing?
