Disputing the amount of an overcharge
I filed a Disputing the amount of an overcharge. I shipped a package at 3 lbs. and they said it was 8 lbs. No way. Anyway they charged me an additional $20 plus dollars. I filed a claim and I have been instructed to go to Help & Contact. I don't see anything. Anyone else have this problem.

Mentor2 years agoThe last time I was overcharged, and wanted to dispute it, the message from USPS had a link to use to dispute the charge. I used a regional rate A box and was charged for a regional B box, which I had never used up to that date.
If the message you received stated to use HELP & CONTACT, that sounds like it came from ebay. Leave this board, and HELP & CONTACT is in the upper right corner of the screen.
