Disputing Return Request
Hi, a buyer is requesting a refund for an item I sent them. They provided pictures of an item that wasn’t mine. In addition, my item hasn’t yet been received by them according to usps tracking.
Is there anything I can do to refuse refund? Any help is greatly appreciated.

The buyer may be a scammer or may have made a mistake. I would message them something like this...
Hi,
I think you must have contacted the wrong seller. Your photo is not of the item I shipped to you, and according to USPS, you haven't received your package yet. Check your Purchase History again to find the correct seller for the item you want to return.
Kind regards,
