Disputing a Fraudulent eBay Credit Card Charge

An eBay charge showed up on my husband's credit card. He doesn't have an eBay account. I want to dispute the charge with eBay before disputing with my credit card co but it has nothing to do with my own eBay account.

If your husband don't have an Ebay account, not much they cold do.

Contact the credit card company.

If the purchase was not made using your husband's eBay account, then the proper course of action is to dispute the charge through your card issuer.
