Before you do, are you considering that refunds are not deducted on the 1099k? It also will include payments collected for you in Dec but not paid out by the end of the year. It is quite rare for the 1099k to be incorrect.
If you need to review the details with a rep, there should be an 800# on the 1099k.. Or try the ? in the lower right of this page to request a call. If you don't see the option to request a call, try again in a bit - they remove the option when the queue is too full.
