Disputing
Hello!. I purchased 2 items on ebay and one still says shipped but has been saying that for the past 3 months and the other said it was delivered when it wasn't. At this point I know it's a scam. I disputed with my credit card company but they declined dispute for the item that was supposedly delivered. I tried disputing with ebay but ebay will not let me because I disputed with my credit card company. It's like pulling teeth to get to talk to anyone at ebay. Anyone know any other routes I can take ? Thank you
