In the last month i have been hit hard for customers abusing the return policies. It seems like there is not way as a seller to win a case here. who should i contact to open appeals since i didnt even get the equipments sold back and ebay went on customers favor even when the customer opened a payment dispute 92 days after the order was delivered, kept the item through a false claim and now ebay is paying him the money back without even returning the equipment.
