Disputed refund amount
I bought three items from the same center in the last eight months. All three of which were phones the first one was fine. The phone didn’t work, when I put the Sim card in the phone It said cannot detect SIM card. so I sent the phone back within five days. I ordered another phone and that one worked. Upon the phone arriving to the seller informed. I was only gonna get $175 back out of a $350 and I paid for the item. I had the phone for five days. The Sim card did not work on the phone, which means that I didn’t use the phone at all door. I put it back in the box. The seller is saying that I use the phone and it came in a different condition than when I bought it and it’s fully used now. it is under my belief that they’re saying this because the item was a collectible item meaning no matter what it’s been used once it’s opened and the price is no longer at the same value. I contacted eBay. They said they were gonna issue a full refund and they still all they said they were giving me $175 but they said that the issue was resolved and I would be getting a full refund which I didn’t get. I didn’t even get paperwork. I was getting a full amount with $350 in the paperwork. Check this out
