Disputed overage shipping charge

Question

I submitted a dispute to USPS as they charged me extra postage and fees for overage but my package weighed 3 lb and they said it weighed 13 lb (quite a difference). eBay has notified me they are getting ready to charge my account. What should I do next?

The weight and the package size were heavier/larger than the actual measurements and I corrected them before calculating the shipping. Not sure what else I could have done differently. Now that I’m at this point that I’ve submitted the dispute, is there anything I can do in follow up?

What was the size of the package? They charge dimensional weight if you did not calculate it correctly when you created the label. Packaging and measuring | Seller Center
