Disputed Item Refund
How the hell do you find out the status of a refund on an item that was not delivered?? I started the process of a dispute a week ago and have not heard **bleep** from EBAY. Of course you can not contact them

On chat: type in ’agent’ to get a live person instead of a bot

Click on receive a call back: depending on how busy they are will depend on length of time for your call back
Make sure your phone will not block the call back
