A few days later a mail delivery lady knocks on my door asks for 6 somthing and then gives me package I open it find out its the game that was sapose be free shipping. Post office told me the shipping label was ground advantage but the envelope is priority mail so I owe the difference. Is this my fault because I shouldn't have paid mail lady or?? Seller acts like my fault and I can kinda see his point but I ended up having to pay 6.58 extra for 8 game...idk whos wrong. It maybe me

eBay can not force the seller to reimburse you for the postage due. You could have refused the package, then open a not received claim to get a full refund. The seller would then have to pay the postage due to get the package delivered to him. This is just so you know your options in case it happens again.
I would message the seller and politely explain that you can not put a ground label on a priority package - the packaging makes it priority mail. POs almost always catch this.
If he will not reimburse you, then I would leave negative feedback with just the facts - something like ‘ sellers put ground label on priority envelope, I paid the $6.58 postage due. Seller will not reimburse me’.
If the seller then offers to refund the $6 if you will change your feedback, answer carefully, and do not change it until you have your refund. You don’t want it to sound like extortion. Something like ‘I will not trade feedback for a refund, but if the feedback was no longer accurate, I would want to correct it.’
