dispute with price an item sold for
Hello, excuse me for my ignorance I am new here and listed an item that is very expensive, I was under the impression that it would start out at a certain amount and then i said the amount I would accept but my item sold for under 20 dollars and its worth around 900 so i am not sure what to do.

·3 years agoYou sell it for what it ended at or you give up on selling on eBay forever. When you list an auction you are agreeing that you will sell the item for whatever the final bid is (as low as the Starting Price) UNLESS you pay (through the nose, every time it's up for auction including relistings, no matter the outcome) for a Reserve Price, which you obviously did not.
You don't ignore the sale or cancel for a lie and relist for a $50.00 Starting Price.
ETA: How do you plan to safely ship that castle for $5.70?

Mentor3 years agoYou have quite a few items with a starting bid of 99¢. You do realize that if you only get ONE bid, the item will sell for 99¢ right? If you want more than 99¢ for those items, I suggest you REVISE the listing, and start the bidding at the lowest price you will accept if you only get one bid. Do that now before you get a bid, then you won't be able to make any changes.

·3 years agoYou did not read any of the information eBay gives you? No auctions do not work the way you describe and all auctions work the same way. You get one bid, you sold your item for the one bid. eBay will tell you when it is time to ship and that the buyer paid. You ship your item with tracking.
