Dispute underpaid UPS label
This is like the 3rd time UPS has tried to say my dimensions are incorrect and attempted to collect a ridiculous amount of money from me for an underpaid shipping label. I have been shipping golf clubs since 2005 and know how large the boxes I use are I have a scale. One golf clubs does not cost the $43 to ship they are claiming I owe. How do I dispute this and get the extra charge refunded? Please help! Thank you

Mentor1 month agoAll shippers now charge extra fees for long packages. A package for a golf club will certainly be longer than the normal shipping length allowed and require a surcharge. When listing the club you need to make sure to check the box for Irregular packaging so the surcharge will be accounted for. Shippers like packages that are one cubic foot or less and charge additional fees for oversize packages and will also use DIM (dimensional) weight and not the actual weight of the package.

Mentor1 month agoDid you enter the outside dimensions of the package? The dimensions printed on the outside of the package are the INSIDE dimensions.
