Dispute to ebay
I ordered some cologne for my husband for a gift and he only got to use it probably twice and the sprayer spout for the cologne to come out broke it won't come out and now I have a bottle of cologne that won't come out and I believe the seller should refund half of my money at least. This was a very expensive cologne then he wanted it very bad and now he can't even use it nobody can fix it I have abottle of nice I cologne that he cannot even wear it will not come out of the spray hope or it cannot be fixed I would like a refund and this is a dispute for eBay to take care of please for me very unhappy because it was a gift cannot get a hold of seller

ebay’s money back guarantee is for 30 days after you receive the item. You would need to locate the item in your purchase history and open a return case. You’ll probably have to return it, but the seller would be paying the return shipping.
