dispute timeframe
I had a dispute filed against some coins sold on December 5th and it still has not been resolved. Anybody else had issues with dispute timeframes.

Mentor8 months agoIf you opened a case for an item it will only stay open for 21 days with no action being taken by either the seller or the buyer. After 21 days of no action (seller solving the problem or the buyer using the "Ask eBay to step in" option) the case will automatically close and it cannot be opened again.
