Dispute return request
I received a return request for an item claimed to be incorrectly described in posting. It was correctly described. How do I proceed to refuse the return?

If you refuse the return, eBay will force you to and you may not get it back
If you have it back in your hands, eBay will give you a deadline to refund. If you don't refund before that time, they will do it for you.
You can try to appeal the decision, but that is not very often successful. If you try to fight the return, it likely will not be found in your favor as they don't mediate the return and default to the buyer returning the item.
