Dispute Return Label Cost
I had a buyer that started a return for an item they said wasn't working properly. It was new and tested but that's besides the point. The buyer never sent the item and started a case the day after the return window ended. The dispute was decided in my favor since there was no tracking history. A day after the case was closed the buyer took the shipping label and mailed me an empty box. Talking to the automated chat is useless. Any ideas on how to dispute the cost of the return label?

Mentor1 year ago@pacific_nw_exchange I hate to be the bearer of bad news but since the label is used the postal service is the one that charges you for shipping.
You can try contacting customer service and see if they will give you a courtesy refund.
Be sure to report a buyer for return abuse: https://spd.ebay.com/RBASellerHub
Then contact customer service. I strongly recommend social media.
Here's how to contact eBay customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Request a call back
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
