Hello,
I am disputing a cost adjustment that was applied to my recent shipment (Tracking: 1Z14V36V0303415418, Item number: 388963957431).
The shipping label for this order was automatically created by eBay — I did not manually generate it. eBay selected UPS as the carrier and provided the label with the weight shown as 144 oz. I simply printed the label provided, packed the bumper carefully, and shipped it as instructed.
Now, UPS has applied a cost adjustment of $215.65, which is more than the value of the item itself. This charge makes the transaction a loss for me, and it appears to result from an incorrect label estimation generated by eBay’s system, not by me.
Since the label and carrier selection were generated directly by eBay, I respectfully request that this charge be reviewed and removed from my account.
