Dispute fee
If you are found responsible for a disputed amount as per eBay policies (e.g., chargeback), we charge a $20.00 dispute fee, excluding sales tax, for each dispute.

The bizarre aspect is that (1) buyer's allegations were fraudulent; (2) e-mail did not adjudicate the dispute - it was done through buyer's financial institution!
So much for seller's protection!
