Dispute FedEx Weight Adjustment Charge – Order No. 01-13806-03128
Dear eBay Seller Support,
I received an email on November 13th stating that FedEx made an adjustment to Shipping Label Tracking No. 61299998825468351442, adding an additional charge of $11.36 for a billable weight of 23 lbs.
This adjustment is incorrect. The actual shipping weight for this order was 61 oz. (3.81 lbs). The order contained 4 pieces of dried apricot, each weighing 14 oz., totaling 56 oz. Including the packaging and label, the total shipment weight was 60 oz., well below 23 lbs.
Please review this claim and refund the $11.36 incorrect adjustment to my account.
For your reference, I have attached photos of the order, the product descriptions, and the individual item weights.
