Dispute FedEx Shipping Label Adjustment
Hello, I received a cost adjustment on a shipping label for item #357175959337 and tracking number 390562797088.
The label shows 642 oz (40.1 lbs), but FedEx billed it as 123 lbs, which is incorrect. The product is a Razor Pocket Mod Miniature Scooter and the actual weight does not match what FedEx claims.
I’d like to file a dispute and request a refund for the overcharge ($363.78).
