Dispute FedEx adjustment charge
Weight and dimensions for my shipping label were accurate. Records even show that I paid for a weight of 4 lbs, and the FedEx upcharge details show that the adjustment is because the item weighed 3 lbs 4 oz and will be charged at 4 lbs.
How do I initiate the dispute with eBay / FedEx? I've clicked every 'contact us' button and just go around in circles.

RESOLVED -root cause has been identified, and resolution is underway. All impacted customers will be credited for any erroneous FedEx label adjustment costs. At this time we don't need any other customer examples.
