Dispute closed due to filing a PayPal report
Package was delivered to the wrong address. Seller "no longer registered" as of the day of delivery.
Tried to open a case but ebay link was a circle back.
Opened a PayPal dispute.
Next day opened an ebay case for buyer protection.
3.001 seconds later the case was closed, because I started a pp dispute.
3 days later PP finds in the sellers favor because "it was delivered".
I'm out $207.35 and I feel like Ebay, paypal and fedex have taken advantage of my situation.
Do I have any options?

Mentor4 months agoWhen you turned to Paypal to help you, it voided your chance to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.
According to Ebay: You may not seek resolution for the same issue by another resolution method.

You will need to provide Paypal with written proof that it was delivered elsewhere, not delivered to your shipping address.

Once you start a case with PayPal or your credit card, you cannot open an eBay case; the matter is taken out of eBay's hands at that point. Any existing eBay case is automatically closed.
