Dispute after I denied return request
Customer bought an item clearly stating in the photos and description in the listing that it's a XXL but it doesn't fit him. I denied a return request as his request details said it was 'too small'. His exact words. Now he has opened a case that "the description doesn't match product". I have supporting photos for the claim but can't re open the original denied request to show as proof. Anyone have thoughts?

·3 years agoNow that they filed an INAD, if you want it returned before refunding, accept the return, provide a shipping label, then refund when it's returned.
If you don't, Ebay could refund them from your account and let them keep it.
