Before you do anything, use the Report Buyer lin on the transaction with that Buyer, alert eBay of an issue.
If you mean Feedback not a Product Review then you should try working with your customer to see if you can resolve issues. Once those are resolved you can ask them if they would consider a Feedback revision, if they agree you can send ONE Feedback revision form on that transaction. You get 5 per year but on ONE per transaction.
If Feedback violates eBay policy and the Buyer will not agree to revising it you can try the Feedback removal too: Request to remove feedback
