Dispute a late shipping
USPS is not scannnig my packages lately. Now that is reflecting poorly on my account. Can I get that taken off?

You need to get an acceptance scan when you ship. If you have more than one package, use bulk shipping where you can get a scan form for all the packages in the batch. The clerk (or your carrier if you schedule pickups) only has to scan one piece of paper. If you don't have an acceptance scan which shows in the tracking details and proves you shipped on time, you will receive a defect. That would not be removable (unless there was a widespread weather event like a blizzard, tornado, hurricane, etc. that prevented you from shipping).
