Question

I bought a DVD that on the add or whatever it's called said it was for Region 1 DVD players. I have a screenshot plus it still says on the add Region 1. The seller sends me a Region 2 DVD and I tell them that the add says Region 1 and they offer a refund but I have to pay for shipping cost. Why do I have to lose money on their mess up? I don't accept that.

File an Ebay Return Request. You would not have to pay return shipping costs if you choose the reason "did not match description or photos".

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return.
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
