Sadly, there is no guarantee that the dispute will be decided in your favor. If eBay loses the dispute then you will be forced to refund the Buyer PLUS eBay will charge you $ 20.00 for the lost dispute.
What did you sell, how was it worth and did you ship it to the customer and does the eBay tracking show it was delivered?
