Your listing said that returns are not accepted. In those cases, some buyers will lie and say the item is not as described, so that eBay will force you to accept a return. That's just a description, not an indictment. You're not to blame, that would be like saying the girl was asking for it because she was wearing a short skirt. Sometimes the buyer doesn't realize that the lie itself is enough, and will go ahead and make sure the item is not as described by damaging it himself. Frequently, sellers are surprised and dismayed to learn that not accepting returns does not protect him . . . sometimes just the opposite.

Has the buyer filed a Return Request?
If so, you will need to approve the request.

OP6 months agoHe has asked for a return but the Funko pop is damaged only on the item..... he said the shipping box is in Perfect condition, not a scratch! Hes trying to say i sent them damaged but I absolutely did no such of a thing. HE SAID he does not want his money back but then flied for the return????
