Dispute
eBay told me NOT to contact the buyer and that their account was fraud. Then, eBay said the buyer wanted a refund. I called eBay; they told me not to respond. Now they charged me $20 dispute fee! How is this possible? They told me not to interact with the buyer and not to give them their money back.
