Displeasure of an Router

Question

I bought a router that never worked, I had initially stated that it shouldn't be sent but the seller opted to send a non working item.

I Can't send the item as I paid K318 to Zambia and another K318 sending it back will be more than half the cost.

instead I will try and repair a supposedly new item as it will be cheaper.

Further, I am disappointed with the seller who sent a defective router.

Deeply disappointed and I wouldn't recommend anyone to this seller. May god bless him for selling a defective or rather something which never worked.

Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, defective. An international seller will have to advance you the funds to pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
