Displeased with eBay Sports Card Authentication
I bought an Aaron Rodgers auto. Not a 35pt card, probably closer to 120pt in size. The seller shipped this card to the authenticator in a one touch magnetic case (how it should be protected). The eBay authenticator took the card out of the case and jammed it into a Card Saver.
Card savers should only be used for 35pt or standard size cards, correct? I don't feel I'm being petty about this. Especially when I'm spending $300+ on a sports card. I want eBay to treat it with respect. I'm upset about this situation and do not know how to proceed. Especially when the seller did everything right.
 
 
 
 
The card is in slightly worse condition due to going through your authenticator eBay.
