Dishonest seller - Silverbirdmn
I seller listed "best offer" when he actually should have marked it "reserve". After I emailed the seller asking about it, he upped the price of the item out of spite. How do I file a complaint with Ebay? (Silverbirdmn) has a good rating but it does not reflect the transaction history from people like me who have a bad experience.
