dishonest seller - doesn't accept refunds - description of item dishonest. What to do?
How does one contact Ebay to report this kind of problem - don't see any options.

Mentor3 years agoIf the buyer files a Returns Request for Item Not as Described, the seller WILL accept the return and pay for a return shipping label. ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps the seller's No Returns policy. The no returns policy is only for buyer's remorse: didn't like it, changed mind, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere For any of those reasons, the seller can decline the returns request.
