Dishonest Seller
The seller listed the product information for my Jazzy chair incorrectly. After I purchased the seat he just keeps insisting that it will fit. It absolutely does not fit and he will not accept my return. How do I get EBay’s help with this misrepresentation of my purchase?

You can stop communicating with the Seller, just let eBay's Money Back Guarantee work for you.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

Go to the item in your Purchase history and click the return function. Use the reason posted in my first post.
