Dishonest seller
Has anyone dealt with the seller Dogssuppliesrus?
I purchased a Luxury dog harness that was “LVâ€.
I wasn’t sure about the size and so contact seller. They referred me to the Photo next to a harness for measuring comparison.
I purchased the dog harness and got it and it didn’t look like the one in the picture and the measurements are off. The harness is too small.
I contacted the seller through email and asked them about it and they were very snotty and said that would you like to return and I said yes.
I did ask since the picture and the measurements were their fault that I wasn’t gonna pay for shipping on the return. They replied snotty back, saying that I already offered you a return which we don’t normally do just keep it and I’ll refund your money. It’s been over a week. They haven’t refunded my money I’ve asked when I should expect the refund and they still haven’t contacted me and now it’s off of my history of purchases and I can’t really even leave a review because it looks like I never purchased it on eBay.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Didn't Match Description and photos" if the item you got was not what was shown and described and or counterfeit

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
